Info: Location – Cnr Shortmarket and Loop Street, Cape Town
Carried out spalling repair works and various waterproofing.
Works carried out:
- Spalling repairs to external facade of elevator shaft
- Joint sealing around windows located at elevator passage
- Managed design, production and installation of building signage.
- Torch-on bitumous waterproofing membrane application to 9th floor balcony. Flood test was also conducted and successfully completed.
